Compassionate and Insightful Therapy
About Me
I am a fully trained Psychodynamic Therapist and Jungian Analyst with experience working in NHS settings with adults, mothers with young babies, and adolescents with behavioural difficulties. I also have many years of private practice.

I practice Jungian Analysis and Jungian Psychotherapy. This means that I work in a way that explores what lies beneath our actions and repetitive patterns of behaviour. I focus on how the past affects the present, including our relationships, work, and feelings.

I always adhere to the professional Code of Ethics and Practice established by my professional membership organizations. Upon request, I can provide copies of these codes of ethics as well as the complaints and grievance procedures.

In addition, I consistently engage in professional development, including attending seminars and seeking supervision, to ensure that my skills are current and that my practice is well-informed.
