I offer a safe space for discussing difficulties and fostering insight, understanding, and effective coping strategies for psychological health.

Therapy is distinct from conversations with friends, parents or sibling, the focus is to make sense and understand the client and their relationships with others, a therapist is not involved in the client's day to day life.
The agreement between the therapist and client is to meet at a specific time to focus on the client's emotional well-being. There are no restrictions on what can be discussed - clients can share their difficulties, thoughts, ideas, and dreams to find the support they need.
Jungian Analysis
An in-depth, long-term therapeutic method of getting in touch with innermost feelings and thoughts to promote healing, inner nourishment and growth.

Jungian psychotherapy is a form of therapy that can benefit anyone who wants to explore and understand themselves on a deep level. This is achieved through increased consciousness. There are times in life when experiences such as birth, death, anxiety, or depression can shut down our thoughts and feelings, making it impossible to find enthusiasm for life, let alone experience pleasure and creativity.
